Green text that reads, "When life gets tough, therapy can make all the difference."

Life can be challenging and, at times, overwhelming. Psychotherapy provides a safe, supportive environment where you can share your thoughts, face your challenges, and find a way forward. With a compassionate listener by your side, you can gain deeper self-awareness, clarity, and a greater sense of fulfilment. It’s an opportunity to work through your difficulties, understand past experiences, and this can lead to profound and lasting changes in your life.

I am a clinically trained psychodynamic psychotherapist, offering face-to-face therapy sessions from consulting rooms in West Hampstead (NW6) and Hampstead (NW3). Alongside my private practice, I also work in the Hounslow Psychotherapy Unit, part of the West London NHS Trust.
