I completed my training as a psychodynamic psychotherapist at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Trust, internationally renowned as a centre of excellence. Outside of my private practice, I work as an adult psychotherapist in the Hounslow Psychotherapy Unit, part of the West London NHS Trust. I have also worked in the charity sector for Women & Health and Cruse Bereavement Care. Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in education. Supporting people's growth and wellbeing throughout my career inspired me to deepen this work through psychotherapy.
