I completed my training as a psychodynamic psychotherapist at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust, internationally recognised as a centre of excellence in mental health care and training. I work as a psychotherapist in both the NHS and in private practice and I have also worked for a range of mental health organisations, including charities, supporting individuals in varied settings.

I am a registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists (TSP), and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I adhere to their ethical frameworks and professional standards.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I had a successful career in education. This background continues to inform my thoughtful and compassionate way of working.
